Awhile back I got an email from someone from Pom Wonderful wanting to send me some of their products to try. They sent me 4 bottles of pomegranate juice!

I was already very familiar with their products because I love pomegranates and I had used their juice to make jelly a couple years ago and it was so good. In fact, Lauren, who doesn't even like jams or jellies loved it! It's the perfect balance between tart and sweet! I had been wanting to make more but never got around to it...until I got 4 bottles of it dropped on my doorstep! Thank you Pom Wonderful!
By the way, they never even mentioned that I had to blog about it. They just said they saw my blog and wanted to send me some!
It makes the best jelly and it's so much less time-consuming than trying to make it from the actual pomegranate! It took less than two bottles and I think I got about 7 or 8 jars of jelly!
Pom Wonderful has some wonderful recipes on their website and they even have a
recipe for jelly but I used a recipe from the
Sure Jell website because I wanted to can mine and not just keep it in the fridge or freezer. It turned out so good!!

I also used some of the juice to make a Pomtini during the holidays!

Although this product was sent to me for free by the company, I'm always honest with my reviews. I would never say something is good if I didn't really feel that way!
Updated to add: The recipe I used can be found by clicking on the text above that says "Sure Jell website" For future reference, anytime you see text in a different color on my blog you can click on it to go to another website.
I see Pom Wonderful in the produce section of all the grocery stores around here but I'm not sure how available it is everywhere else.
